Commerce Group AS was founded by the Lippert family in 2021. Our journey began with the acquisition of the niche online store, Klokkereimer.no, established in 2017. We expanded our reach in 2025 with the acquisition of straps.no, straps.se and straps.dk.

Based in the beautiful town of Son, Norway, we are working towards becoming a leader in the niche e-commerce sector. Son, with its rich maritime history and picturesque coastal scenery, has been a trading center since the 16th century. Today, it blends historic charm with modern amenities, making it an ideal base for our operations. Our journey has taken us from a single online store to a robust portfolio of niche e-commerce sites in the Nordics. We continually seek new opportunities to expand our product range and enhance our services.
